Why me?

I don't just understand technology, I translate it. At RS-Tronic, I worked between engineers and customers, turning technical diagnostics into commercial conversations and customer value. My background combines sales, operations, compliance, and technical environments across multiple industries, shaped by structured thinking, curiosity, and strong communication. I naturally gravitate toward roles where business, technology, and people intersect.

Why tech?

Technology is where I've felt most engaged professionally. From automotive diagnostics and automated production environments to AI tools and digital workflows, I'm motivated by understanding how systems work and how complexity can be simplified.

That interest led me to pursue a Master's in Digital Leadership, driven by genuine curiosity about how technology reshapes businesses, industries, and the way people work.

Over the years, I've built a foundation across sales, operations, customer-facing roles, and regulated environments. Now I want to focus that experience toward technology-driven business development and digital transformation. I'm actively developing my skills within digital leadership, data analysis, and AI while looking for a team where curiosity, structured thinking, and a commercial mindset create long-term impact.

Do you have a technical background or are you more on the commercial side? +
Both, and that's the point. I've done regulated data-heavy work at Nordea, monitored automated production lines, supported ECU tuning customers at an automotive tech company, and independently use Python and AI tools. My Master's in Digital Leadership is deepening the strategic technology layer. I'm not a software engineer, but I operate comfortably in technical environments and communicate across both worlds.
You've changed industries several times; is that a red flag? +
I'd argue the opposite! Each move added a new layer. Financial process discipline from Nordea, B2B sales structure from Evenses, technical product understanding from RS-Tronic, and operational discipline from Orkla. The common thread has always been the same: structured communication, commercial thinking, and improving how people and processes work together. That cross-industry experience is exactly what makes me adaptable in fast-moving technology environments.
What kind of roles are you targeting? +
I'm primarily targeting roles within tech sales, business development, sales operations, and digital operations. Ideally in SaaS, fintech, industrial tech, or other technology-driven environments. I'm especially interested in roles where complex products, systems, or workflows need to be translated into clear business value, and where technology can improve processes, communication, and customer experience.
Are you open to relocating or remote work? +
I'm based in Gothenburg and open to on-site, hybrid, and remote opportunities within the Gothenburg metropolitan area. Having previously lived and worked internationally (including in Amsterdam and the US) I adapt quickly to new environments and enjoy collaborating across different teams and cultures.

What sets me apart is the combination of commercial experience, technical curiosity, and structured operational thinking. I've spent years working around technical products and customer-facing problem-solving, translating complex information into clear business value. At the same time, my background in regulated financial environments strengthened my attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to work within structured processes. Combined with cross-functional coordination experience and a genuine hands-on interest in AI tools, automation, and digitalization, I bring more than traditional sales skills. I'm not interested in surface-level selling. I want to understand the product, the customer, and the operational context well enough to become a trusted advisor.
