Business Development & Tech Sales — Digital Operations

I sit at the intersection of commercial instinct and technical fluency. With 15+ years bridging sales, operations, and technology — from automotive ECU systems to regulated financial processes — I translate complexity into momentum and help teams move faster with better information.

Three questions.
Honest answers.

01
Why me?

I don't just understand technology — I translate it. At RS-Tronic I acted as the bridge between engineers and customers, turning ECU protocols into commercial conversations that closed deals. I bring the analytical rigour of a compliance background (Nordea), the commercial drive of a country manager, and the curiosity of someone who runs Python notebooks and AI tools in her spare time. I don't need to choose between technical and commercial — I do both.

02
Why tech?

Technology is where I've always felt most alive professionally. Whether monitoring automated production lines, coordinating ECU tuning for customers, or actively experimenting with AI and digital workflow tools today, I gravitate toward complexity that can be structured and simplified. I'm currently completing a Master's in Digital Leadership — not because I had to, but because understanding how technology reshapes organisations is genuinely exciting to me.

03
Why now?

I've spent 15 years building a cross-functional foundation — sales, operations, compliance, technical support — across four industries. I now want to channel that into a focused tech or tech sales role where I can contribute immediately. I'm actively studying Digital Leadership, sharpening my Python and data analysis skills, and looking for a team where structured thinking, commercial energy, and genuine curiosity about technology create real value.

Frequently asked
questions

Do you have a technical background or are you more on the commercial side? +
Both — and that's the point. I've done regulated data-heavy work at Nordea, monitored automated production lines, supported ECU tuning customers at an automotive tech company, and independently use Python and AI tools. My Master's in Digital Leadership is deepening the strategic technology layer. I'm not a software engineer, but I operate comfortably in technical environments and communicate across both worlds.
You've changed industries several times — is that a red flag? +
I'd argue it's the opposite. Each move added a new layer: financial process discipline from Nordea, B2B sales structure from Evenses, technical product knowledge from RS-Tronic, and operational rigour from Orkla. The common thread is always the same — structured communication, commercial thinking, and improving how people and processes work together. That cross-industry pattern is exactly what makes me adaptable in fast-moving tech environments.
What kind of roles are you targeting? +
I'm focusing on tech sales (BDR/AE), sales operations, business development, or digital operations roles — ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or deep-tech environment. I thrive where there's a complex product that needs to be communicated clearly to non-technical buyers, or where processes need to be streamlined using technology.
Are you open to relocating or remote work? +
I'm based in Gothenburg and open to hybrid or remote roles across Sweden and Europe. I'm also open to relocation for the right opportunity — I have experience living and working internationally (Amsterdam, USA) and adapt quickly to new environments.
What makes you stand out from other candidates with commercial backgrounds? +
Most commercial candidates can't discuss technical products with depth. I can — because I've spent years doing it. I also bring documentation discipline from regulated financial work, cross-functional coordination from managing country operations, and genuine hands-on interest in AI tools and automation. I'm not interested in surface-level sales. I want to understand what I'm selling well enough to be a trusted advisor.
When are you available to start? +
I'm available immediately for conversations, and can discuss start dates depending on the role and process. I'm pursuing my Master's part-time, which is fully compatible with full-time employment.
